Angie started training seriously in 2009 at age 38 when I went through some huge life changes and found she needed a new focus and to try and find some much needed confidence. She is now an IFBB Bikini Masters Champion and has competed at both Australian and International World levels as well as being published as a fitness model, with features in Oxygen and Ironman magazines.
“I first attended Camp back in 2012. I had been following Jen Hendershott since I started; she was one of the women I was very much inspired by, as she is a similar age to me. Financially I wasn't in a position to attend at the time, which I was devastated about. I could not believe it when she walked into my workplace completely by chance! We started talking and hit it off straight away. She quickly invited me to attend camp as her guest, and the rest is history. I had the most amazing, life changing experience that weekend. The women I met, laughed with, cried with, trained with, and bonded with, became life long friends. This experience inspired and motivated me to move forward with my goals and start smashing them! Six months later I realized one of my long-term dreams when I finally stood on the world stage and represented Australia in the USA.
I am very thankful for the opportunities that have presented themselves since that first meeting with Jen. Being asked to be the Australian host in 2014 for the new Camp with Nicole Wilkins was just one of those amazing opportunities. I feel very privileged to be working with such an amazing group of women….nPower Fitness Camp is just getting bigger and better every year, and I am so excited to be a part of that.
I look forward to meeting you all and being a part of your life changing experience when you attend Phat Camp in Australia!”
