Reservation Policy

All Summit prices are in U.S. Dollars. To confirm your reservation, you must fill out the retreat registration form and pay your initial non-refundable deposit with valid credit card information.

Deposit Terms

The balance of the Summit cost is due thirty (30) days prior to the start date, unless your time of booking is less than 30 days prior to the Summit, in which case full payment is due at the time of booking. A reminder will be sent to your e-mail address on file thirty (30) days before the due date. If the balance of the Summit cost is not received by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled, at which time the cancellation policy below will be fully applied to your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

There is no refund or discount for arriving late, leaving early or for not participating in any scheduled activity. Registration non-refundable deposits are not refundable. If you have paid in full and have a medical emergency, we require a doctors note before partial refund is applied. The deposit however, is non-refundable.

We highly recommend purchasing flight insurance to protect yourself from unexpected circumstances that may cause you to cancel your Summit. If nPower Fitness and Lifestyle Summit must cancel the event, all payments received to date will be refunded within 30 business days. We are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness, etc.

House Accommodations

Due to limited availability of single rooms, you will most likely be rooming with another person. Unless requested to share with someone, bedroom configurations will be set prior to your arrival on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that you request sharing a room with a friend, you will be guaranteed a room with that person if there is still a room available. If your friend cancels, we will pair you with a compatible roommate.

House Policies

Our Summit is held at a beautiful estate and all guests are required to follow the house policies. These may include noise restriction, public access, care of property, privacy and consideration of other guests, etc. You will be made aware of these policies upon your arrival.

Responsibility of Valuables:

nPower Fitness and Lifestyle Summit is not liable for any breakage, loss or theft of personal items. Please limit your valuables, as traveling with such valuables will be your complete responsibility.

Personal Safety & Insurance:

We recommend that you obtain cancellation, travel and medical insurance prior to attending any of our events. Prior to participating in any activities or using any facilities, please ensure that you are medically and physically fit and able. If you have any injuries or illnesses, please seek doctor’s advice prior to attending.

nPower Fitness is not liable for any injuries due to use of our facilities or participation in activities or during travel to and from the Summit. Any injuries or medical conditions are completely your sole responsibility. By sending a deposit toward the Summit, you certify that you do not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard for you or other participants during the Retreat. In other words, you certify that you are healthy and fit for any activities scheduled on the Retreat and in which you plan to participate. Furthermore, it is required that you have the proper personal and health insurance to cover your needs while present in the Retreat, in case of any loss of property, illness, injury or death.

Behavior:

The nPower Summit attendees are required to follow the estate policies. This may include noise restriction, care of property, etc. You will be made aware of these policies prior to or upon your arrival. nPower Fitness holds the right to any guest(s) not respecting property policies as listed above as well as inappropriate or intoxic behavior to leave immediately and forfeit the right to any reimbursement.

Copyright:

nPower Fitness retains all copyright license rights and sole exclusive ownership of the information, photographs and material displayed on its website and obtained during the Summit. The material may not be modified, copied or used in any other way without first obtaining written permission from nPower Fitness.

Liability:

nPower Fitness shall not be liable for any failures beyond its control. This covers natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors.

Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy, both personal and informational. nPower Fitness will keep all information that we collect from you secure, and will not provide this information to any third party providers. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your personal information, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We are committed to creating special memories for you during your Summit, and that includes having an on-site photographer and/or videographer to capture any special moments. If you are not comfortable having your picture taken, please let us know in advance. Otherwise you authorize nPower Fitness to use any and all photos for social media and marketing purposes.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

By making a booking with nPower Fitness for the Summit, you accept on your behalf and all those named on the booking to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the general release of liability and the assumption of risk, described below.

Release of Liability:

You hereby release and discharge nPower Group, Inc. and NW Fitness Group, Inc., a California corporation, its shareholders, directors, officers, agents and employees, from and against any and all liability, loss, cost, expense or damage arising, directly or indirectly, from the Summit, including your participation in the Summit activities.

Assumption of Risk:

You acknowledge that you have voluntarily applied for a Summit with nPower Group, Inc., a California corporation. You understand that you will participate in various activities. You are prepared to assume the risks associated with this Summit, including: forces of nature, terrorism, civil unrest, war, accidents, personal injury and similar circumstances. You also assume risks associated with illness, disease, physical exertion and alcohol consumption, knowing that access to suitable medical support may be delayed. You hereby agree to take full responsibility for your own actions, safety and welfare, including unanticipated events, injury, illness, emotional trauma or death.
